Three simple steps

Forwarding a message is recommended because Telegram ID is more stable and accurate than a username.

Forward one message from the target user, or enter their @username.

Use /check to see whether the account is under review or confirmed as risky.

Use /report and send one complete evidence message: text, one image, or image with caption.

These commands are available to everyone in a private chat with the Bot.

Open the service menu and language options.

Identify the account, then submit evidence in one message.

Switch the Bot interface between Chinese and English.

/help

Review the workflow, evidence rules, and safety notes.

/cancel

Safely stop the current check or report without submitting it.

Rose Guard supports private checks, public evidence review, and group alerts without scanning private conversations.

Queries and evidence submission happen in the Bot’s private chat to protect report contents.

When a reported or confirmed account speaks in a protected group, the Bot posts a bilingual warning and risk link.

Under-review cases are visible with their status. Confirmed cases show evidence approved for public display.
